Suspension Air Springs, also known as Air Shocks, are air bag suspension kits that are made from a combination of rubber and steel materials. These air bags provide an adjustable and comfortable ride by allowing for variable load capacities, depending on the sizes. They are designed to be 6-7 inches in height and come with a 1/4 NPTF air fitting. All Suspension Air Springs come with strong carton packaging for maximum protection.
Nut and Blind Nut: Top Cover Plate Screw (Nut) Tooth is 3/4-16; Combination Stud Air Fitting is also 3/4-16; the Screw Center Distance of the Top Cover Plate is 89 mm, and for the Bottom Cover Plate, it is using either a Bolt or a Stud of 1/2-13 or 1/2-20, with a Screw Center Distance of also 89 mm.
Gas Hole, Air Inlet, and Air Fitting: The Gas Hole and Air inlet are both 1/4 NPTF, and the Air Fitting is also 1/4 NPTF.
Cover Plate: Both the Top Cover Plate and Bottom Cover Plate have a diameter of 162.5 mm.
Rubber Bellows: The Natural Diameter of the Rubber Bellows is 224 mm, with a Maximum Diameter of 251 mm. The Working Stroke ranges from MIN 75 mm to MAX 260 mm. The Maximum Height is 260 mm, the Minimum Height is 75 mm, and the Stroke Height is 285 mm.
Bumper Block and Buffer Block: Without a Bumper Block.
Girdle Hoop and Girdle Ring: Comes with one piece of Girdle Hoop, with a Diameter of 109 mm.
