Featuring a working stroke of 3.2 inches to 10.3 inches, the air springs have a design height of 6-7 inches and a compressed height of 3.2 inches. To begin with, the Nut / Blind Nut features Top Cover Plate Screw (Nut) Tooth : Stud – 3/4-16 and Combination Stud Air Fitting:Stud – 3/4-16 with a Screw Center Distance of Top Cover Plate at 89 mm while the Bottom Cover Plate Screw (Nut) Tooth would be either 1/2-13 or 1/2-20. The Bolt or Stud is also 1/2-13 or 1/2-20 and the Screw Center Distance of Bottom Cover Plate is 89 mm.
The Gas Hole / Air inlet / Air Fitting is at 1/4 NPTF while the Air Fitting is at 1/4 NPTF. The Top Cover Plate Diameter and Bottom Cover Plate Diameter are both at 162.5 mm.
The Rubber Bellows have a MAX Diameter of 251 mm and a Natural Diameter of 224 mm. The Working Stroke ranges from MIN 75 mm to MAX 260 mm, Maximum Height is 260 mm, Minimum Height is 75mm and Stroke Height is 285 mm.
The Buffer Block has no Bumper Block while the Girdle Hoop / Girdle Ring features One Pieces of Girdle Hoop per cover plate along with a Total Girdle Hoop Weight of 1 KG.
