Applications
The air spring is a non-metallic spring that fills a flexible rubber bladder with air with a certain pressure and uses the compressibility of the air to achieve elastic effects. Air springs are mainly divided into two types: capsule air springs and membrane air springs.
In today's mechanical design process, air springs are already like gears and can be treated as standard parts, and the corresponding air springs can be selected according to the weight of the load and the geometric installation size.
1. Application of rubber air spring in lifting equipment
Traditional lifting equipment uses air cylinders or hydraulic cylinders to lift objects, which requires a large installation space, is difficult to manufacture, heavy in weight, prone to leakage, and inconvenient in maintenance.
