About rubber air spring
The key component with shock absorption in the rubber shock absorber is rubber. It can be said that rubber has the effect of shock absorption, sound insulation and noise reduction. This is also because of the characteristics of rubber, the high elastic polymer raw material with reversible deformation, and the compression that will quickly bear the external force at room temperature and restore the original state in an instant.
Rubber air springs: can be used in both vehicles and industrial equipment. It has better shock absorption and impact resistance than metal torsion springs. Its structure uses the cloth curtain layer as the compression layer, with an air-tight rubber layer inside and a maintenance rubber layer that is resistant to acid and alkali and anti-aging.
