How does the air spring work in high-speed punch

The air pressure die pad of the high-speed punch is composed of a base, an airbag buffer device and a fixed seat, wherein the airbag buffer device is arranged between the base and the fixed seat.
When the high-speed punch press air pressure die pad device is actually used, the base is installed under the workbench of the punch press, the air bag is inflated and lifted, and guided by the fixing screw of the cylinder and the copper sleeve, the shock-absorbing sheet is placed on the lower plane of the lower worktable, and the material of the shock-absorbing sheet is PVC , plays the role of shock absorption. After the punch die is installed, the rod on the die passes through the lower worktable and touches the guard plate. When the slider moves from top to bottom, the airbag is compressed by the action of the die rod, and the upper part of the airbag is compressed. With the descending, when the slider moves from bottom to top, the die rod goes out upward through the force of the air bag, thus completing the action of a stamping stroke.
