Application of air spring in Trailer Folating Bridge
For the floating bridge, an air bag and a leaf spring are respectively arranged on both sides of the vehicle axle, and one end is fixed to the vehicle axle, and the other end is connected to the beam. The lifting bag is fixed on the beam and is connected with the lifting rod fixed on the axle. If necessary, the lifting bag can raise the lifting rod to drive the axle and tires off the ground. The upper end of the air bag is respectively fixed on the frame, and the inner air volume can be adjusted by adjusting , so that the airbag automatically expands and contracts to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height of the axle.
The application of air springs on the floating bridge can increase the bearing capacity of the whole vehicle, reduce tire wear and tire resistance, make the structure compact, light in weight, and meet the requirements of weight-based charging. Quantity; lifts the bridge at light loads to reduce wear and drag.
